  • On receipt of the quarterly water accounts, we’ll make full payment of the invoice on your behalf And then invoice the tenant their usage charges with the required 30-day payment term.
  • Payment of the billing account and receipt of the invoice will be reflected on the applicable rental statement.
  • 3 – 7 days: Reminder SMS sent to the tenant/s
  • 8 days: Notice to Remedy Breach issued to the tenant/s with regular contact
  • 17 days: Notice to Leave given to the tenant/s
  • Emergency repairs carried out as a matter of urgency, and all maintenance promptly addressed by a qualified, reputable and cost-effective tradesperson.
  • All builder structural and non-structural defects addressed and issued to the relevant building company for repair (applicable for newly built home).
  • Appliance warranties are taken care of and issued to the relevant company for repair.
