Transferring your property to our property management team; 

Be aware that most Real Estate Agencies require 3 months notice in writing to terminate a property management agreement. To assist you in the process, below is a list of instructions when changing over Property Managers.

• Read your property management agreement from your existing letting agent, to ascertain the length of termination period you are required to give.
• Contact Harvesting Rentals by calling 1300 797 181 or emailing rentals@harvestinggroup.com.au to notify of your intention to transfer your property over to Harvesting Rentals. Once we are aware of your intention, we will send you a management agreement to sign, along with the termination paperwork for your existing property manager.
• Post back the signed management agreement to Harvesting Rentals, PO Box 1463, Buderim Qld 4556, along with the termination paperwork. Once we are in receipt of this paperwork we will take care of the rest for you!
